What is Kratom Kind’s shipping policy?

Please allow 3-5 business days for USPS shipping. Depending on the orders weight most packages are sent with USPS’s Priority Shipping.  We aim to ship out all online orders within 2-3 business days.  Because we 100% hand assemble all of our products and only use the highest quality, each item does take time. Depending on when the online order is made and the amount of supplies available, some orders are delayed in shipping;  Not all Kratom Kind products are not waiting on the shelves for online orders. DOMESTIC

Depending on the orders weight most packages are sent with USPS’s Priority Shipping. 

We are currently unable to ship to the following states due to Anti-Kratom legislation –

  • Arkansas
  • Alabama
  • Indiana
  • Rhode Island
  • Vermont
  • Wisconsin

INTERNATIONAL

We ship United States Postal Service. Prices vary with location.

 

What is Kratom Kind’s Refund Policy?

Please allow 10 business days for us to process reimbursements.  If your order was online please allow up to additional 30 business days to refund your card electronically (due to COVID-19).

 

We allow customers to order online for third parties and usually ship Priority Shipping USPS within 1-2 business days. Please allow 5-10 business days for the package to arrive. We request that if you are calling on behalf of the third party to please provide us the third party’s contact info so that we can ensure delivery. We CANNOT ensure delivery unless we have the contact information of the third party.
